Corporate Sponsorship of the HEMS Workshop

Download Corporate Sponsorship Information

The HEMS Workshop is an all-volunteer organization that provides a forum to bridge the gap between academic, industrial and government circles. It has no formal membership or membership fee. Each workshop is independently funded through donations, registration fees, and corporate sponsors.

Your registration as a corporate sponsor helps to offset the costs of the workshop and is instrumental in helping us provide several student travel awards.

As a corporate sponsor, you are provided space at the Workshop to display your literature and hardware. You are also invited to display a corporate poster. You will receive recognition at the workshop on our banner and in the program materials. You will also be featured prominently on the HEMS website, with a link back to your website if you provide us with your company logo.

The corporate sponsorship rate for the 13th workshop is $1250, which includes one attendee registration. The attendee registration can be separated out from the corporate sponsorship, with the corporate sponsorship having a fee of $750 and the attendee registration having a fee of $500, to better accommodate corporate spending limits.

If you would like to help sponsor the workshop but do not have anyone available to attend that week, we can arrange to have your corporate poster posted for you. Simply register as a corporate sponsor-only for $750, and note that you will be sponsoring but not attending.
